Day 24
You know what else you kids don't know?
There's a line somewhere, and once you cross it, there's no going back. You decide that you're a grown-up and that you should probably start acting like one. You don't know what it means to act like an adult, but you try anyway.
You don't see the line coming, you only see it after you've passed it. It's not a bad thing, this line. After all, it's just a line. It does what lines are supposed to do. It demarcates. It's like those signs at the carnival. When you're taller than that creepy clown with the giant hand, you know you're old enough to ride the scary rides. Only with this line, you don't know what rides you're about to take.
